So absolutely nothing happened as planned this weekend and it was quite enjoyable.

Originally we were supposed to go to Baltimore on Saturday to R's cousins baby's first birthday, then continue on to Philly to my cousins for a housewarming party. I had decided earlier in the week that I didn't want to go that far so I cancelled my cousins festivity. Shortly there after R decided to cancel out on his cousin as well to watch soccer. So we had the day free. We ended up hanging out with R's friends at a bar where we used to live and watching the game. Fun fun fun! But the fun didn't stop there. We came home to let the dogs out and feed them din din, then we went to a bar closer to home. After the bar we went to a friends house and partied it up til about 4am. Fun fun fun!

Sunday I was supposed to go to a K9 nose work seminar in MD but --- since we got a wee bit tipsy, our well meaning friends took my car key and got us a cab. R's car was at the bar still while my car was home, which is why I was confused that they took my key. Anywho, on Sunday morning we were stranded at home. There are many worse places to be stranded, but we couldn't get anywhere since I had a car and no key and R had a key but no car. :0)

We ended up calling them to have someone drop off my car key. They ended up giving us a ride to R's car since they left my car key at their house. It was about noon when all this was occurring and my seminar was at 2. I decided to ditch the seminar, the couch was calling me. Meanwhile we had been invited to an evening concert in the park for free (since our friend gets hooked up). It was Blues Traveler and Carbon Leaf. FUN TIMES INDEED!

So even though we didn't do anything we had planned to do the weekend was fantabulous. YAY!
