We have started the packing process. Yay! We are still waiting on our appraisal, but I am keeping the faith that it will all work out. We found out as well that they were being sticklers over a few things we were asking for in the home inspection because they knew that they had to replace a lot of things for the septic. That was actually very informative, it made more sense to us as to why they were fighting us so hard on some seemingly minor things. Anywho - our septic is supposedly good as new, and that is fantastic.

I am happy it's the weekend. We are meeting some friends for dinner, then meeting more friends for a night of Karaoke. Fun fun! Then tomorrow I have a brunch date with SB followed by meeting a friends new English Lab puppy. Can't wait!!!
