Doesn't Happen Everyday ...

I was just driving home from work and some dude a few lanes away beeped, so I looked over, then he held up a sign. I was trying to read it while trying not to crash - and then I saw it said "Beautiful Lady!". Now that doesn't happen everyday!!!

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could see ourselves through others eyes sometimes?

And even funnier - I told R about it and R was like "Did ya hold up your 'Taken' sign?"

hehe

That was nice though. Made me feel a bit better about my FA self! :0)

counting calories has helped me immensely. I've learned so much about food and portions. I used to be able to eat an entire plate sized pizza and now I'm full after half of one. I know you can do it. You're even craving exercise and you knew thought that possible! Never say Never!

I'm glad you didn't crash.....and definitely TRUST the sign....but DON"T trust that unknown man! And you are not a FA......we all have to work hard to look ourselves in the mirror and see the beauty...beyond all the flaws. Like in a book I've been reading, says something like 'instead of looking in the mirror in the morning and seeing old, fat, wrinkled, whatever....look yourself in the mirror and say GOOD MORNING YOU GOOD LOOKING THING YOU!' The power of our words is tremendous!!

I saw a whole different sign last night: "I bet you $ 1 that you'll read this sign" - it worked I saw more people handing him money on the exit ramp than the other guys that haunt that spot. My other favorite, "out of work porn actor" - I guess it's a way to make a living.

You know that's how my cousin meet her hubby, he honked at her in traffic and when they pulled beside one another he asked her for coffee. The rest is history, they have 4 kids now..
