So a friend of mine is trying to quit smoking... she's always got this electronic cigarette in her mouth now and she always shares, and I am hooked on it. I just ordered one for myself! I am excited. It's got nicotine in it but none of the tar and crap that effects the lungs. It also lets you cut back on the nicotine gradually. It's water vapor so I can "smoke" in bars again! Anywho - I am excited for this. It comes on Friday.

R is making me realize that things aren't working all that great financially with me working sooo part time. I am going to have to get another job to supplement this one. BOO! I am not looking forward to it but he's literally losing sleep worrying about finances so I think it's time. I will start looking tomorrow. haha I am in no rush...

Happy Wednesday peeps! I didn't hafta work today so it was esp good for me!

I don't smoke (thankfully and never intend on starting)but this device seems like a good idea.. anything to help people quit this horridly disgusting and unhealthy habit. Thanks for the info on it!

My son has one. It is working. He can sit down and talk now and does
not keep having to run outside and smoke.

nearly fell for that one , i actually made inquiries now all i get is spam for asking. after 60 years of smoking have been cold turkey for 15 days and counting ---saved $300 already ----pkt 40 here are $20 so it just got too expensive , wife stopped as well --we shared pkt a day

Have you watched Mad Men? Everyone is smoking like crazy (it's the soaring 60s) and it's all electronic cigarettes. They look very realistic.

I quit smoking in early 1971, best move I ever made. Back in the stone age, you just went cold turkey! Hmmmmm Cold turkey, I love turkey!!

Oh no Fredo, there is no smoking in bars. The electronic cig is water vapor, so it can be "smoked" inside, since it's not smoke at all.

Ah... the lengths some people will go to in order to support a habit. No judgment implied--been there, done that. The "device" does sound safer than the real thing.
