My news is that my grandaughter Sara has broken up with her boy friend after 4 years. She initiated the break up but is
still weeping buckets and seeing him because she says they
both need closure. I really hope they get it and stay apart. However Sara got an I phone and service for Curtis and his entire worthless family. This worries me. She is
not even excited about getting a car. She put her new single status on facebook and has already started getting
hits from other kids at school who have wanted to go out with her but evidently it is no consolation.

I am very allergic to something outside. Night before last when I washed my face big red blotches appeared on my face. They went away but now my eye is killing me. Refresh P.M. usually takes care of it but it is still hurting this morning.

Adrienne will know today whether she is still first chair
trumpet and Ashley is still griping because when they
play soccer one boy always hogs the ball. Blake is wonderfully happy at O. U. Let's hope he is content with
left wing organizations and has lost his interest in
communism. Laura is president of her senior class and
is pretty confident she will be football queen this year.
Eric is just the same and will probably never improve.
Autism is horrible.

Tuesday Morning has opened a new store a mile from my house.
I found some nice ceramic flower pots there. There is almost no reason to ever go downtown because a very nice
shopping center is close to us. The only store that I
am missing is Dillards.

I overslept and it is boiling hot outside so am going to
have to walk on the treadmill today. I much prefer to walk
outside and see what my neighbors are doing with their yards.

I hope I can brag on my grandchildren some day. I'm still working on my own kids (I can brag on 3 out of 4).

sounds like your mob are no different than mine , us grandparents can sit back laugh and weep with them, tell them what mistakes they are doing ---but hey we were advised too --weren't we? .
hope that blotch clears up quick --and g'day g'day

I have a middle range allergy and sound "interesting". I sneeze occasionally. I am guessing it will pass as we move into cooler weather. I repeat: Send Sara to Paris. Would she say no?

Whatever allergies that I have always hit in the fall. It must be tree or grass pollen. The first frost usually cures it.

Linda and I marvel at Sara's loyalty. When we had a b reakup we just moved
on. She is far too generous and too sweet. We certainly hope that she can go into the final year before she graduates with some joy.

Stress is causing your allergy. This happens so often to people.
But then again it could not something else.Your doing too much there for these people.Take a break and enjoy.

You are right there Fredo but when my family hurts I hurt. he cruise is
coming up soon and I won't worry about a hurricane.

Sara should coast for a while. Going back to him because he is familiar would be a no-win. Also, no contact for a while would be best. Wish you could get her out of town -- Paris or something. Nothing like a whirlwind change of scene to clear your head.

Paris would surely do the trick. I have no control and her parents have no control over this excessive grief.

The other day I realized that this summer's horrible allergies left me maybe a month and a half ago. One of the symptoms was a horrible sore throat from the post-nasal drip, and at one point I broke out in blotches from the allergy medicine I bought - over the counter version of something that used to be a prescription. I took benedryl to get past that, but it didn't help the running eyes and nose and sneezing until finally they went away.

it's boiling here too so I feel your pain. She bought i phones for an entire family? How old is she??? Geez. Seems ridonk... I hope it all works out ok....

Sara is 24 and quite old enough to know better than to get in a crazy cell
phone deal. She is generous to a fault. She has good credit and Curtis
and his family have bad credit. That should have been her first clue.

Oddly enough, Eric is the most beautiful of Linda's children. I have heard that autistic children are almost always good looking. Maybe research will come up with a cure for autism and alzhiemer's disease.

The grandchildren all sound as though they are leading active, productive, and successful lives. We grandparents can't ask for more than that. If only doctors could come up with some way to solve the mystery of autism. I know that has to be heartbreaking for you all.

Your reply is directly above your comment. I goofed.

Sounds like your grandchildren are doing wonderful! That has to feel very satisfying. Hope you find out what you are allergic to soon!

Each in their own way . Laura wants to grow a couple of inches so she
can get a modeling job but I would not wish that lifestyle on her. Also, she is probably too old. The agencies want fourteen year olds.
