I just reread this and at 93, with a plethora of aches and painss, it would be wonderful to run and be free again.
Your Christmas cactus is lovely. I lost mine some how in our last move. My spa tub is filled with peace lilies and ferns. That is winter headquarters for my plants because of the sky lights overhead.
So very sad!
I have an habonero pepper plant. I will preserve a jar for you. It makes one learn to love the cold.
I am not that desperate Mark.
So glad for the help you are getting with meals. It must be depressing to see all the debris. Do you have any help with the household chores? I am sure Sol is invaluable.
You have had quite enough drama and so has Teal. I don't need it. We are getting another rain which is wonderful. I had a talk with Nadine about staying in on Halloween. It probably went in one ear and out the other.
You have had enough pain and drama for two or three people. The last time Ted was in the hospital, Bobby was still with us and went out and got a very warm hi tech coverlet for Ted. It was wonderful and he is still clinging to it, I think they feel it is safer to be cold because it limits bacteria but it is miserable. Taking a hospital patient a good warm blanket is better than candy or flowers.
I think you are right. The other hand came down and played the piano in the Peter Lorre movie.
It sounds encouraging that you can still inhabit your house. Too bad about the fridge. I hope you have help to continue with the clean up.
I would have been angry at the fridge for having it be non working after scrubbing the hell out of i. Chin up, you are going to win.
Wishing you strength and a good handy person to get all this done. We are too ancient for disasters.
We are so relieved that you are alive. This was an adventure like no other and not one to want repeated. So thankful for uour good friends.
