For who we are, for simple pleasures, for what we have been given. For our plentitude of virtual friends, for Eddie who has made it all possible and for the solid friendships we have enjoyed through this blog spot. I am feeling it and hope you are too. Today is the day we will smoke the turkey breast, make the pies and think about stuffing. Unfortunately, Ted's back is killing him and it is making it impossible to be with my family which is a huge bummer for me. It has been a year of loss for us. Two of Ted's brothers passed away, I lost a cousin and a grand nephew and we lost many friends and couples we have enjoyed. Nothing stays the same. Join me in a toast this evening to life, love and change. I will be drinking a wee bit of champagne.
