When my dad was driving us back to the Chicago airport on Sunday he had mentioned 2 parts of southern WI that were becoming suburbs of Chicago. At the time I said "Oh really?" And didn't think much about it. Then yesterday when I was walking to lunch it smacked me in the head. Hello! Perfect doggie day care site??? So I mentioned it to R to see what he thought, and apparently he missed it's significance in the car as well cuz he told me it sounded like an idea worth looking into. Sooo I emailed my cousin who is in real estate and told him of our plight to see if there is any land available in this "up and coming" area. :0) Dare to dream. It's funny though because my cousin sends me postcards in the mail as advertisements for his real estate business and all the while I was thinking he was wasting money by sending them to me, turns out he might not have been!

Of course this is still in dream mode, but if there looks like there might be some land available out there at some point maybe it'll all come together!

I don't know if I could deal with the freezing cold weather, but I think I could suck it up if I was living that lifestyle...

This is a busy week. I had plans last night with HW of course, who was awesome, and tonight I have my petsitting meeting, then tomorrow my friend K wants to go out.... Friday night is going to be a chill night, Saturday we have a zillion errands to run then R and I are going to Baltimore to meet up with his cousins, then Sunday will be another chill day. Yay! I love weekends...
