Lots of interesting things happened this weekend… some good some bad! So on Friday night R and I went out to dinner. It was quite nice! We then met up with SB for some trivia… it wasn’t a late night but it was a lot of fun!

On Saturday we slacked for awhile – then I cleaned the place up and R went to watch football with his friends. Afterwards we were supposed to meet up to watch a second game (or so I thought)! But R ended up texting me saying he was going to laser tag with his friends instead. I was like seriously? You are ditching me on a Saturday night? I was pissed. I texted a friend of mine and decided to meet up with him at the favorite watering hole for karaoke. I took a cab there and had a blast! R ended up meeting up with me and we cabbed home together. I was pissed til last night though about his ditching me. Annoying!

Sunday I worked – it was a hell day and it reminded me why the $40 I make there in 4 hours on a Sunday is just not worth it… I think I will hold on til after Christmas hits (we get a bonus) and then say I am done. After work I did my pet sit and then came home to R on the couch. What a lovely Sunday he was having! We ordered pizza and watched my packers lose. I had DVR’ed the game – it was a good game and SO CLOSE but they missed their final chance at a field goal and lost. Poor Pack!

After the game we decided to watch The Strangers. That has got to be the CREEPIEST movie I have seen in years! OMG if you like to be scared outta your skull this is the movie for ya! R thought it was too slow – which at the beginning it was a bit slow but once stuff started to happen it did not stop! It was intense… I ended up waking up at 5am totally creeped out --- Yikes! I also read up on stories it was said to have been based on which did not help my sleeping soundly. People are CRAZY, that is for sure! It’s a weird world.

Anyhow… R has tomorrow off for Vetrans Day. I will be slaving away at work. It’s so unfair.
