On your cold sub comment: not all of the subs are cold. You can get a warm chicken sub on toasted bread. The chicken doesn't seem to be processed and you can load it up with all the vegies. Or you can get a pizza sub, processed everything!

Funny post! I'm killing myself trying to keep up with my green beans! Eating them everyday, sometimes lunch & dinner, and I've canned 14 pints and have tons cooked in the fridge and I think they need picking again... will be giving some away very soon! I'm actually used to having hail destroy the garden, and since it has yet to happen... holy crow do I have a lot of vegies to eat!

I've NEVER seen a silo like that! Wow! Lucky you for the nectarines! My berry bushes either didn't product much or got diseased this year. But I will have a nice little apple and crabapple crop. Garden is doing overwhelmingly well this year - I am NOT keeping up to it's production.

Oh fun, at least you can't get them all together very often. I hate teasing. I think it's always hurtful. And if you just have to tease, then do it once and stop. Don't keep going. I think my mother's teasing, picking, etc did some damage to me.

Wow, that is skinny for a guy! I haven't been watching much, but was thrilled and shocked to actually see Dressage on today! It's my favorite riding "sport" and the last time I managed to watch it on the Olympics I must have been about 10 years old! Even if it was advertised that they would show it, they never did. And saw Anky van Grunsven's ride - I saw her at a demonstration at Spruce Meadows (show jumping place near Calgary).

I see weasels once in a while, just a quick glimpse as they run across the road or path and into the grass. Saw 2 badgers on the road when I was running. Was a little worried about them, but they ran when they saw me.
