It has been a very nasty weekend, weather wise, but we had a lot of fun. Saturday, we shopped for all the materials we needed to work on the house and Saturday night we had a real treat.

We saw "Lend Me a Tenor" at the University of Oklahoma. They have a great drama department. Jim Garner got his training there and recently donated 50,000 dollars to the Drama Dept. This was a really funny, zany, wacky play and it just felt so good to laugh so much. The art deco set was beautiful. I thought the kids must have been lip syncing until they started singing without any music. We were truly surprised at their ability.

This year the Music Department started producing operas. We didn't go but want to next year.

Sunday, I painted more deck furniture. Still a lot more to go.
