I think I have been cursed by HGTV. I keep thinking up projects and presenting them to a less than enthused husband. Ted can weld and work with wood or iron. He is good at figuring almost anything out. I love it.

We had a lot more pecans cracked. We pick them out and put them in ziplock bags in the freezer. It is not a bad chore because you can do it while you watch tv. I have offered everyone to come and pick them up and no one but Celeste will. It is a lot of work but free pecans ought to be an incentive.

These past few days have been busy. If it gets hotter, I am going to spray weed killer on weeds and clean out my flower beds. It is pretty chilly right now. I will also paint more deck furniture which is all shabby chic now. Our iron gates need another coat too.

We had an pounding storm last night. The lightning and thunder were pretty scary. I always think of tornados in the spring. We were lucky last year.
