So, our bodies shut down when we get raped and we don't
get pregnant! Wrong! wrong! wrong!. Punish the rapist and
don't abort the child sired by rape. Does this fool Republican realize you are sentencing a woman to a lifetime
of care for a child she never intended to have by a man
who is a sexual predator. She doesn't know what genes are
present in the father and she is supposed to submissively
have the child and rear it with all that this entails.

Check out Romney's Vice Presidential Candidate who has
extreme views along this line. Is it any wonder that women
favor Obama?

Adoption is not much of an option, otherwise there would not
be a screaming need for foster parents. Adoptive parents
usually want small children or babies before they are
damaged by their environments.

I feel so strongly about this issue because I grew up in
the Bible Belt in another less permissive time. I saw
women who were butchered in illegal abortions and frequently
died. I saw others who had one child after another, guaranteeing a life spent in poverty. I worked with a
girl who had an illegetimate baby and had to fend for her
self because she was fired as soon as she started to show.
All the good Christian people told me not to befriend her
because my reputation would be ruined. I didn't listen.
That girl's plight is engraved on my memory.

Life and how we live it is governed by our choices. Don't
take the right to choose their reproductive futures away
from women.
