This That and the Other Thing

This will of necessity be a short blog. There is something
strange either going on with mybloggers or my computer and
since my computer is functioning very well, it must be
mybloggers.

It types everything twice and when the first typing gets to
the second it types over every thing rendering it un readable.

Things here are going well. We are preparing a family
reunion album to go to the hostess each year and Ted
is making a collage of the maternal side of our ancestry
dating from my great grandmother's wedding picture.

It is hot again and the heat just drains you. However,
I made a few good garage sales and got some holiday
decorations for Thanksgiving and Easter. I was able to
pick up a couple of pieces of flow blue for a tiny price too.

I picked up my copy of The Social Animal and started
reading it. It is fascinating.

I always have loved it since I got a pitcher and washbowl set. One antique
store has a whole commode in flo blue from an old hotel. I have quite a
bit.

I had that problem with Internet Explorer on my desktop. It went away after I switched to Firefox, but while it was happening, it was awful trying to write a post or leave comments.

Ed asked on my behalf for The Social Animal at the library. They have 18 copies, all checked out, and I am 19th on the list to get one. Boonies here. I'm just amazed 18 people in Cape Coral have the smarts to want it.

Flo Blue did not realized that you collect this.
I have not been on mybloggers due to some problems .

Yes. I love flo blue and I have a china cabinet almost full of it plus a
a jardinaire that I use as a center piece full of dried flowers on the dining
room table.

It is a fantastic read and I am finding some wonderful bits of information
in it. For instance: Kissing helps you find someone with opposite gene
pools to keep potential children healthy. It is the exchange of saliva
that tells the tail.

I had that same problem trying to use MyBloggers on my PC. If it is our individual computers that are malfunctioning in the MyBloggers interface, I'd like to hear from PC users who are having no problems at all with viewing and entering text into the MyBloggers fields. Specifically, what internet settings do they have on their computers?

Ted will have a fit but I am changing to fire fox. I think we had to do

I am using a Dell PC and am having no problems. I use Mozilla Firefox to get on the internet and have MyBloggers bookmarked. It's a mystery.

Love the gift of a family reunion album! Wonderful idea....
I'm enjoying "The Social Animal," too....
Today the humidity has returned here, but fall will be here before I know it. I'm not going to miss this past summer.

I hope the next generation will continue with it. It is funny but the paternal cousins are very peculiar. My dad and his sister Helen were
the only two with common sense.
