We lost our seasons ticket to the theater at O. U. I called
them and they had the remaining tickets printed for us to
pick up at the box office. We were able to see,"A Funny
Thing happened at the Forum" last night. It was a wee bit
over acted but we enjoyed it no end. James Garner got his
acting start there and has made a sizeable donation to the
school of drama. We got home late and I had planned to sleep in but Rex woke me up early. I was overjoyed that
Ted felt able to go and that he liked getting out so much.

I think we may not go on a cruise this year and just take
a road trip somewhere west. Ted longs to do this but I
think he will be miserable with his back if he does this.

I had never read Terms of Endearment until now. The movie
seems not to have captured the book very well. I am much
fonder of the book than the movie.

Have a great Sunday. I plan to plant three more knock out
roses. They are super hardy and we are getting some good
rain at last.
