Ted and I spent the afternoon at O. U. Medical Center and
he had a very rewarding visit with the Otolarangologist.
She wants to do more testing because he has not recovered
his sense of taste or smell She is a very good doctor and
we were glad we went. She removed a large amount of clotted
blood from his ear which helped a lot.
Tomorrow, I have to pick Ashley and Adrienne up at seven,
get them fed and to school and get home in time to make
Ted's appointment with the neurosurgeon at nine. Ellie and
Bobby have to be at Baptist Hospital at seven for his surgery
at l:00 p.m.
Then I don't even have time to be anxious about Bobby because Linda will call every 5 minutes for an update and
I have to feed the children and get them to their Halloween
activities. I am so tired of medical emergencies and visits
to Doctors. I had planned to spend the night at the hospital with Bobby but I may be too tired. Ted has countless future appointments and the one I dread the most
is the extraction of his lower teeth and immediate fitting
of dentures. He will complain forever about the fit.
Keep your fingers crossed for Bobby. He has been through
so much and I am hoping this surgery is not as bad as he
expects.
