Casting Donald

I've found the perfect actor to play Donald Trump in the movies that will eventually be made. It's Shane Cortese, a New Zealand actor who played -- appropriately -- the god Loki in the TV series The Almighty Johnsons.

He can play this happy egotist so well, and he looks like him, too. He makes a lot of the same expressions Trump does, in the role of Loki. He dances around when he's set fire to someone's house, never misses a chance to insult people, is rich and powerful, and tricky.

Unfortunately this actor would make Trump even more popular, so I hope it's a long while before someone makes a (or another, maybe there's some I'm unaware of) Trump movie.

If the Donald shaved his head he could play Benito Mussolini! And he wouldn't even need to watch the old films to master the character.

Trump would just have to shave his sideburns. He's bald on top and wears a hair piece. I have a photo of it blowing off.

If the Donald is afraid of tough questions, what in the world would he
do in tough situations?

Yes! Think of the constant international incidents, every time he'd speak, too.

I suppose Trump has too much money to be forgotten, but I wouldn't worry about the impact of a movie.

Oh, I think movies do a lot of damage. Hollywood is powerful, and that's why it was employed as a propaganda ministry in the past.

Resemblance isn't that close. And this guy has a broad N.Z. accent so I think he's safe.

I can't tell Tina Fey from Sarah Palin and that works for me because when I'm watching Tina Fey do Sarah Palin I know it's parody, so not quite as frightening. Watching Sarah Palin directly scares the bejeezus out of me to think some people in our country take her seriously.

Did you watch the movie Game Change? Julianne Moore plays Sarah Palin and nails it.

She is frightening, I agree.
