Dress warm and head out into the woods. I went for a cold 9.5k run around the lake today. It was somewhere between -5 and -9c and windy. And the exposed trail at the end of the lake was drifted over! I ran over hard "waves" of snow drifts... thinking I hope I don't twist an ankle on this! I didn't.

A ban on ALL tobacco products would make me a happy camper.
Two people at work smoke, and even though they do it outside or in their vehicle, they REEK when they come back. Why should I have to breathe that? I stay away from them if possible.
