I agree with not letting pain stop you. But you also have to be careful that it isn't a real injury that needs rest to repair it.
I don't want to move south, but I'd love to move west to Nittineedle's island.
Very quiet fair. How long would it take for me to drive over?
Very cool!
my strawberries are just starting to flower. Zone 3
I'm glad you mentioned asparagus - it reminded me that I picked two spears and left them in the garage. I took the kids to a "flash mob" this morning. It was for the hockey marathon for kids - a 10 day around the clock hockey game raising over 1 million for the children's hospital and a guiness book of world record attempt for longest hockey game! It was fun!
Funny post, not funny brunch.
American politics. I know nothing about Romney, but I like Obama and hope to see him back.
Darned libraries, expecting you to not damage their books! Telling people they have to pay for damaged books or late fees is the worst part of my job.
I didn't think it looked any bigger here. Will have to look again tonight.
Nice!! Is there a good market for fleece? I do wonder when I get out of horses if sheep would be a good option to keep the grass down. It would be handy if they could generate some money from their fleece. I wouldn't eat them. Yuck.
That beep that vehicles make when you lock/unlock doors is very annoying! My new vehicle doesn't beep.
I know what you mean about tent sizes. I upgraded years and years ago to a 4 person plus gear tent (I think, it was a long time ago.) The floor space is 7'x7'. Lots of room for 2 with gear, nicely cosy for me and the kids. The last time we used it, it rained all night. We stayed dry, but in the morning we realized the bottom of the tent was full of water - but the mattresses kept us above it!
