11:45 AM on Thursday night until today about noon we had no power. It sucked. I have a gas stove so I could cook and I did. We had Cabbage rolls and baked beans and brown bread for supper last night. Tonight it's bacon and eggs and home fries and pancakes. We lost all of our food, of course I shopped before it all went off. Life goes on.

John's sister, Sheryl, memyselfandi, on blogster,came through for Ra and took him in for the last almost 48 hours, her power was restored a couple of days ago. I thanked her and I really did appreciate it, Ra is a handful, and without grampy or myself to run interference I know she is tired now.

Well, I'm gonna cook and bathe and try to get some laundry done.
