I am making fried chicken, twice baked potatoes with artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomato's with parmesan cheese and candied carrots. I pulled a whole lot out of the freezer and forgot that I only cook for two now. It's so hard. LOL!
Still missing the children but life must go on. They at least sound happy, although the pictures don't make them look it at all.
The sun came out today but the wind chased me back in. Too bad. Everything looks so nice and clean.
Off to finish supper and then hope to find a good movie to watch. Have a great night all.
