Now the Work Begins
Well the easy part is over, the campaigning is finished and the voters in this country have chosen a new leader. First off I want to extend my congratulations to President-elect Obama, he fought a tough campaign and deserved to win. But now comes the hard part, can we as a country come together and work to move forward?? We have been stuck in a quagmire for so long that any change will be welcomed, like the sun after a spring rain. President Obama has already stated that it may take more then one term to undo all that has been done to this country, myself I can see it taking longer then that. I think though to lay the blame totally at the feet of President Bush for the shape this country is in is unfair. Sure his lack of understanding and mismanagement put this country on a path to an economy that has brought this country, and the world close to fiscal ruin. But I have to believe that there was something that inspired people to vote for him, not just for one term but two!! We will see now what the Democrats can do, will they be able to "walk the walk" after "talking the talk"

and he got them. He said "God" in his speeches and these people
voted for him!
