When we are young we believe we are invincible, that we have a lifetime ahead of us. But life is fleeting, and each time I hear about someone who has passed to soon I thank God that he has allowed me to be here for the time I have. I am sorry for your loss
I have had both things happen..more then a time or two, so I understand. There are choices we have to make in life concerning love, we can move on..or we can keep chained to the past and live a life of misery and regret.
My hope is that she will be remembered for her triumphs and less for the tragedies that marked her life

Yes I remember gifts that my Grandmother gave to me, but moreover I remember the time that I was able to share her company..for which I would give anything for one more day of that. People have a misconception that the more you spend on someone the more you love them, and that couldn't be farther from the truth. So Randy keep doing what your doing and hold tight to those values, then your grandchild will be blessed with memories more precious then any material gift you could give him
