From what I ever read or heard of Eddie Fisher he was a man of few redeeming qualities. Obviously he had a remarkable taste in women, whom he married and divorced. He figured in his later years a way to make money and get back into the spotlight was to write a book that sleazy book, showing little regard for those women he married. I believe it was jealousy..plain and simple, these woman were far more talented then he could ever be.
WTG Sadie Keep up the great work & remember no matter what you'll always be "Sexy"
Saw that..tweaked it a little, sounds better now
Priceless
I was goofing around when I wrote this..I was actually listening to Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" while I was writing. The words came pretty quickly so I kept writing, it was a fun to do something a little different.
Jon I have been where you have and I know the desperation you are feeling. You need to examine your life and find that one thing that motivates you to keep going, painting, cooking, or your cats..there has to be something that is important enough for you to still be here. Martin has a great idea, maybe some sun and some pool time..hell it couldn't hurt
It's amazing what we are capable of doing when our backs are against the wall, good luck..hope you are feeling better
My dad who is now 87 was part of that "greatest generation", a stoic & tough breed of people. He went from working as a lumberjack in the Adirondack mountains to the rugged land of New Guinea, where he served almost 3 years of his life. I gave me the insight of what being an American means
Do stick figures count Jon???
There is no good reason spousal abuse, no matter who the person is being abused..husband or wife. If a situation cannot be discussed in a calm, rational fashion without it getting physical then somebody needs to walk away. I know that is easier said then done, but there is more help out there for battered spouses then there was 10 years ago. All the person needs to do is accept it.
Well this one is short and straight to the point, it doesn't allow your mind to wander while you read it
The fox could make a nice meal of that trout
Great planning Kristy..the dogs and all
Troutbend has the right idea, I usually put stuff on the curb and within a couple of hours it's gone..or at least most of it
That's only if you don't have kids home on summer vacation
