Yesterday was my weigh in with Weight Watchers. I was kinda worried since we had gone camping for 4 days but I ended up loosing 4.8 lbs. That makes my total at 10.2. Not bad for 6 weeks I guess.
So today I have court so I wanted to wear my nice black pin stipe dress pants. Last night I put them on top of the laundry to be put away and thought that g/f would do it since it's her job. (I wash and fold, she puts away)
I get up this morning and grab them, pull them up and go to button and they are TIGHT. Like I could have done them up, but I would have had "muffin tops" and a pain all day.
That's when I notice that they are my old pin stipe dress pants. The ones that are a size 14!! NOT 18. So I run downstairs and there are my pants. Not put away. But hey! Those size 14's almost fit!!! WOOO HOOO.
I still can't figure out how to change colors.... argh
--I lost over 100 pounds with WW in 1967--came to work for them--moved with my partner to open a WW franchise in Memphis--just want t pass four things along--1) an AVERAGE (after you have lost all you weight) good weight loss is a pound a week 2) Each week when you weigh in take your measurements--you WILL have weeks where you won't lose weight but will lose inches 3) it is semantics but don't 'lose' (do you really want to find it??) weight. get rid of it--and 4) getting rid of the weight is easy as compared to keeping it off--I've been fighting doing the latter for 41 years!!!
