Pillow Talk

I just read an article about a man who married a pillow. Yes. A. Pillow.
Here is the link https://www.metro.co.uk/weird/816601-man-marries-pillow
Apparently he was in love with a character on an online game and made the pillow look like the character. He is obsessed and takes it everywhere.
Now the only thing I want to know is:
Why the hell is it okay for a man to marry a fucking pillow but not another man?

Two men can marry here in Canada but I'm not sure about our policy on pillows.

This post made me think about some pseudo-documentary I watched about people living with life-sized dolls. They kept talking about how they weren't ready for an "organic" girlfriend....

In the UK, they can - all gay marriages are allowed I am going to be 'binning' my pillows next week, the feathers are moulting - going to be buying a couple more instead . . . . . would this be a 'divorce', in that mans mind???????

I think it'd be murder, and how unfeeling not to have a decent burial. I've got some old pillows my mother made (sewed the outside, pumped the feathers in via a vacuum cleaner on reverse) and it's hard to part with them, but once in awhile one is just so limp, so bad, I have to let it go. No decent burial, either.

Well, I love my pillow, and take it everywhere I go. What does that make me?

When the stuffing is gone from that marriage I hope he can find another to cushion the blow. Then again, maybe it's all just a sham.

And pretty much anywhere else they go

How does one know if they have the right pillow to spend the rest of one's life with??? THat is bizarre. I am hoping to have marriage available here in RI by the end of the upcoming legislative session. The new governor has promised to push for it, and our Speaker of the House is a gay man.

And in my state (IN), they're going in the opposite direction.

That's awesome AJ, I live in Utah so that is a very long way from happening here.
