You know that feeling you got when you were a kid and it was Christmas Eve? You couldn't sleep just anticipating the next morning?

Well that was me last night. I know it sounds stupid to get "that" excitied about a camping trip but I truely do love it that much. More than Christmas.

So I tried to have a couple beers to calm me down and help me get to sleep but about 10 minutes after I laid down to try, I got a horrible migraine. I thought my head was coming off! I get up, take Advil, check the dryer and notice it's midnight. "Oh great, I have 5 hours to sleep until alarm." Head back to bed.

I'm not sure how long it took for the Advil to numb it enough to sleep (because it was still there when I woke up) but I did finally get a little rest in before the devil alarm woke me up.

I got ready for work, grabbed my g/f's keys to her car since she was taking mine to get it ready for our trip today and head out into the...........SNOW!!!!! Seriously? We are camping today and it's snowing so hard I could barely see out the windsheild.

Pull into my work office and my phone going off. G/F letting me know my work badge was in my car. "Great" So I sit in her car and scan the door for someone to let me in that knows me enough. When I get inside, I'm half hour late. Oh well.....

Now the waiting. Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock......... I will never make it until 3:00. My work is done. I've read all the blogs. Cleaned out my emails. Taken 3 smoke breaks. And I feel like it's time to open presents!!!
