YAY!
The best day of the work week has arrived.
Tonight R and I are going to our fave watering hole. YAY! I am going to get a tomato, basil and mozz melt on white, and I am going to have fries with that! haha
I don't think I have mentioned here that I am going to attempt to go vegan on Tuesday for a month. Therefore I am revisiting some of my favorite cheesy foods at the moment before they are gone!
I am hoping it goes well. If it does then it might be a permanent change. Lord knows I should be vegan anyways...
The week after next is when I get to have my copy of the Farm Sanctuary signed by the author and co-founder of the Farm Sanctuary Gene Baur.
I can hardly wait!
Does anyone agree that automatic faucets were invented by someone with a sense of humor? How foolish do we look when we have our hands moving all around the sink trying to find that magic spot where we will be given water? Very I tell ya. Very. :0)
But now for my version - at work they recently put in automatic hand soap by the sink, the faucet is still manual. So me being me, I stood there waving my hands below the faucets for awhile til I was like oh, only the soap is automatic. Then I turned the water on and all was well. hehe

I didn't know you couldn't eat cheese to be vegan...I'd be lost I love cheese...too funny about the faucet..

Okay, I can do the cage-free eggs and the other stuff, but I am not and I mean NOT going to give up cheese!!!!! It's one of my guilty pleasures and I have it on salads and on just about everything! I can't live without parmesan and romano! I have to draw the line there!

Good for you trying to go vegan for a month! Enjoy the cheesy goodness while you can.

That's funny about the automatic faucets... I've found myself doing the same thing.

Going vegan can be tough. I did it for a year. Takes a lot of planning. Also, I never really acquired a taste for tofu.
