So last night R and I went to the new gym we're trying on. I found a bike and got right into my normal swing of things - riding it without toooo much effort, but enough. I get my cardio in the mornings is my rational of it! It was fun! I ended up burning 200 calories in 30 minutes before dinner, not too shabby! So R and I decided that we are in fact going to join. Me? Join a gym? Who knew.
We also have decided that we are done smoking. We haven't had one since Sunday night and I don't plan on restarting this weekend like we normally do. To avoid that we aren't going to go out. Guess what we're gonna do? We're going to go to the gym on Friday night and hang out in the pool then the jacuzzi. That's the plan anyways, we shall see, but can you believe it??? I can't. Then on Saturday we were thinking about going to the Spy Museum (important to get there before tourist season begins) then maybe have a nice meal before or after. :0) Sounds like a good weekend, without going out to the bars!!! We shall see if we can actually do it, but I am hoping that we stick to not going out. It would be good for us!
Last night I slept much better. Might have to do with the fact that I passed out before 10! I was up at 6 but I figured I had my 8 hours so my body was ok. I layed in bed (KRAYMERLESS! He loves his new bed too much!) til my alarm went off at 7 so that was decent.
Anywho. I might hit the gym tonight as well. Why? Because I can! The plan was to go tomorrow though so we'll see. :0)
