It took me an hour to get the 5ish miles home tonight. There are storms going through the area and lights are out which certainly doesn't help an already traffic saturated area. I was texting SB and R. Both of them left before me and neither are home yet. It's a nightmare out there. I feel lucky.

I especially feel for SB because I know all she is thinking about is Spikers not going out for about 12 hours. That is always AWFUL when you know they are your only hope for going outside.

At work we all had to go down into the garage due to a tornado warning. Craziness.

I went a back way home in an attempt to avoid some traffic, only to hit a spot where I was almost to where I wanted to be but had to turn around because a tree was blocking the ENTIRE road. Wow. It's bad out there alright. But I feel lucky to be home safe with the boys.
