Automatic Faucet Wars

I know I have talked about this before but...
Today I was washing my hands in the sink, not even looking for soap, when the dayum automatic thing spit soap on my sleeve!  The nerve! I thought it was funny though. They have a mind of their own here, that's for sure.
I am proud of myself - last night I accomplished so much! R had to work late so I decided to work out with my fitness ball for 30 minutes. I had fun! Then I did some laundry, I walked and fed the boys, I vacuumed, I made myself dinner, did the dishes and ran the dishwasher etc. etc. etc. I told R - see all I can accomplish when you aren't here? haha I was busy though!
I was proud of myself for working out again last night too. I am a bit sore today in some spots, but that's a good thing!
Today is the day I FINALLY made it on my treadmill for 30 minutes total, up from 25. Now you may not think a 5 minute increment is much, but I assure you, it took a lot of effort! But I DID IT!
Gotta go for now - hope to catch up with y'all later... R wants to go to the gym tonight and I will need bed early, didn't sleep well last night - work related nightmares! So we shall see!
BUSY DAY at work! BLEH!  :0)  Happy Wednesday!

5 minutes is an ETERNITY on a treadmill!!!!! GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!! (I use a treadmill days when the weather is too crummy to go outside and run. I put put mine in front of the TV to lessen the boredom.)
Keep up the good work, kid!

You are doing great with your workout plan. I could always get so much more accomplished when I was alone than when someone else was around.

Isn't it amazing how much better you feel after time on the treadmill or a good walk outside? Congratulations.

Oh, I really dislike work related nightmares. Hope you sleep well tonight after a good workout. And again, ..s .. so... proud! So incredibly proud of you and your newfound enjoyment of working out!

Hey, only 2 days left. Friday is my spa day, the one I got for my birthday and never used. I can't wait. Also, I went to this restaurant yesterday that just does salads and sandwiches. I had the most wonderful sandwich and thought of you. It was grilled veges with goat cheese on ciabatta bread. OMGoodness, I ate half and kept th eother half for today. It was wonderful! I'm going to grill veges this weekend. Ummmmmm, grilled eggplant and squash and mushrooms. Did I make you hungry?

I love my exercise ball; it is so very versatile. I don't think that I would do as well on a treadmill! I'm good for short dashes! You have a wonderful evening!

I doubt I could do 10 minutes! I think those automatic faucets are out to get ya kristy!

30 minutes is a big deal! I only do 20, and I know that during that last 5 minutes, I'm just counting down for it to end. And yet, I can easily go out for an hour long walk in the evening, and still want to walk more. Funny.
