lots on my mind but my fingers are being defiant...they just won't type!
I'll start with some good news! I've finally made an appt. to have my "Rejuvenator" package at the spa where Mom bought me a gift certificate for my birthday in October. So on Sunday at 1:00 I'm be going to have an aromatherapy sauna, 30 minute private mineral bath and a 30 minute full body massage. I treated my Mom and I to this a couple years ago for our birthdays and it was the best treat in the world. Well I've been putting off making the appointment for various reasons and I would say that I saved it for just when I needed it the most. It's going to be just wonderful!
The weather was so gorgeous this entire week while I worked and now that vacation is here, there is a period of cold and rain that is here from Friday till Wednesday! Glad I did that raking last week. I got a couple new pots and some potting soil to transplant some of my very overgrown house plants.
I've felt very blah today: tired, naseaus, lazy, BLAH! So Riss spent the day with a friend and Kev and I hit the dollar store and then after I made him some grilled cheese, it was a very lazy afternoon of videogames, t.v. and naps. First I fell asleep and tried to get him to curl up with me. We took turns singing eachother lullybies. It's been his new thing lately to ask me to come sing him a song before bed. Then the other night he wanted to hear the 3 bears and I made up my own funny version that had the kids cracking up. Now they want me to "remake" the 3 pigs story LOL.
Riss spent the night with a friend and at 8 Kev went over to stay with his Dad. I visited with my sister for an hour but she was going to bed as she had to work early in the morning. I have puttered, ate and contemplated writing blogs and trying to make some contact with another adult.
After our stormy weather we are going to have some cool nights.
I hope you had fun with the place to yourself last night.
