Tonight is the first time since being in my new home and out of my Mom's that the kids have stayed with A. I went to bed too late to begin with and then as I was trying to stay warm and trying to get comfy, there was all sorts of noise which resulted in both dogs running to the door and barking their fool heads off. All this turning me into a panicky little girl, afraid of being alone in a house with weird noises. I figure it must have been the wind as the weather predicted wind but then it also sounds like I'm hearing birds....eerie. I'm rather sure it's not birds. Is my mind working overtime? Probably. Am I over due for some rest? Most definitely.
I have a doctor appointment tomorrow afternoon for my blood pressure check up and to start a new cholesterol medicine to my regimen of pills so big I practically have to carry a duffle bag just for my pills. I'm thinking I should take the whole day off as a personal day, mental and physical health day- all wrapped in one.
