The Zoo in My Bed

Rambo is my summer dog. Meaning he sleeps on the bed in summer due to the air conditioning. We also had pepper the beagle in bed. Then three of the cats. But they all left me alone, they all found a space on the bed to sleep.
I need to do some cleaning but I am exhausted from yesterday. We really worked our butts off, even kota! He was the official gophur. Taking trash outside, running for tools, getting me water.
Our grocery store has a new line of products called smart option. We needed toilet paper so I picked it up. yeah its not such a smart option as it is only one ply paper! Now I know why it was so cheap.
I hope they take it easy on hubby today at work. Its going to be killing hot as kota calls it.
I watched a Jean Claude Van Damme movie yesterday. These poor old men. He didn't do any of his normal fighting in the movie. Much like Sly Stallone in Rambo. And he's only 47! I loved his earlier movies with all the kick boxing and karate moves. I still say the hot guy at kota's class reminds me of a young Van Damme.

Sounds like my hubby left that area right before the heat hit there. It was good chatting with you earlier.

The more the merrier in my bed!
Okay...that didn't sound right.
It's nice that you allow all your animals to sleep on your bed.
Riley already does and once new puppy stops making messes....she'll probably want to join in on the fun too.

I have a king size bed and 5 dogs.Needless to say,if I get up to use the bathroom ,I lose my spot and end up on the couch.

I think Van Damme is either too burnt out from doing bad movies or he's got physical problems due to all the extreme films he did earlier in his career. They do get older, don't theyMiss talking to you Mary. I'll be back on more Wednesday when I don't have to work.

Funny that your dogs sleep on the bed in the summer... our cats sleep on the bed in the winter to stay warm. And in the summer, one of them likes to sleep on her back on the floor. I think it keeps her tummy cool.

Ilike that comment that you says.

Our German Sheppard Tanya was a big baby. She was afraid of thunnerstorms and whenever a storm would occur, she'd hop on the bed and try to squeeze in between us. Now you have to get a mental picture of this....Mr. Bugg who was a big guy (about 220-230), me (about the same) and a trembling 75-80 lb dog in a full size bed. I'd give 10 years of my life for it to happen again right now.

yer "you keep that big dog in the house? where does she sleep?" "annny where she wants to" pal

You guys must have a really big bed. I know that things get pretty cramped with just Ray, the pups, and myself there!
That is so frustrating about the toilet paper. Sometimes the house brand is definitely not up to snuff. Others, it is just fine.

I sooo understand about the zoo on the bed!
R and I usually don't sleep in the same bed all night due to the boys needing to be on the bed with us, leaving no room... It's hard to sleep like that!
I do not waiver from my Charmin ultra soft toilet paper. I think the extra $$$ is well worth it when you are talkin about the nether region and comfort!
