Oxygen Deprivation??

Ok I had something wierd happen today. Me and hubby were finishing up throwing away 12 years of accumulated junk. Stuff that wasn't even good enough for a yard sale! We were working in our bedroom, the one room we really store junk. Well we opened the window and just threw the trash bags out there. I am sure the neighbors loved that. Typical rednecks doing some house cleaning. LOL Anyway, we decided to get rid of the carpet in the bedroom. After 12 years of various pet accidents, fur, kid spills it was a disaster. So while hubby worked on cutting the carpet out, I thought I would start transferring the trash to the dumpster. I was taking it nice and slow, only carrying two bags at a time. I had half the pile transferred and went in for a drink of water and short break. Well when I finally finished with the trash and came in, I could not stop yawning. I mean I was yawning like every 10 seconds. It was kind of scaring me. See it was super hot outside, the kind of heat that takes your breath away. So did I have oxgen deprivation? Anyway, I sat down and did some deep breathing, then I fell asleep for about a half hour. And then I felt fine. It had to be connected to the heat. I drank lots of water today, even stayed away from my normal 6 cups of coffee.
Anyway, the bulk of our big cleaning is done. Now I have to mop the floors and the usual cleaning type stuff. But tomorrow its supposed to be 97. We are running the a/c though.

Oh, I'm sure it had everything to do with the heat! That kind of thing happens to me, too.But I'm really impressed with your ability to stay away from six cups of coffee! It's too bad we aren't real neighbors... you might like coffee as much as I do.

My mom once told me that if you yawn a lot like that, it means that you are not getting enough oxygen in. Be careful working out in that heat.
