Kota had a great day at school yesterday!
My washing machine is fixed
The sun is shining today
When I picked up kota yesterday from school, he could hardly wait to show me his agenda book. Thats where the teacher will write me notes on how kota did that day. All it said for yesterday in all capital letters was great day. and lots of exclamation points.
We went to his counseling appointment, and I also had the tape from when the school taped kota on monday. We watched some of it at counseling. Then last night me, hubby and kota all watched it together. Wow! I was a little shocked. But hubby and I both said that the school counselor did not seem to do a good job trying to calm kota down. It seems kota responded more to his teacher and the behavior coach. They were able to really get him to calm down quickly. But it could be that kota just responds to males better than females, well except for me of course.
Hubby fixed the washer when he got home yesterday, and he was even home early. So when we got home from karate class I was going to do some of kota's clothes. Hubby did it for me! I think he is finally catching on to how stressed I have been. And we had a good talk last night about kota.
Well I will be busy today, catching up on laundry! I hope kota has another great day.
