fredo my daughter has a little dog that she just recently had to take to the vet, very expensive. he was having back problems. the vet said it would be nothing for the dog to wake up one day and be paralyzed. my daughter is not giving up on him! one of her friends told her to put the dog down. I was so mad and wanted to ask that person if a family member became paralyzed would you have them put down! and i am happy to report that my daughter's dog is doing fine now, more like his usual self. I call him my grandson!
happy to hear this news!
my hubby works as a service tech and everyone always says to him, our dog has never bit anyone. he then tells them, i would be the first to get bit. here is cesar millan's tip, no touch, no eye contact, no talk.
no plop plop fizz fizz for me. rang in the new year with a bottle of gatorade! Had to keep dakota awake to watch the ball drop.

is it ok if I wish for a snowstorm here? winter just isn't winter unless you have one good snowstorm. most years all we get is a dusting. I am leaving the tree up until after new years. in the past we have been very lazy and it was still up in february!
recently I posted on facebook 'we might not have much, but we have love'. Family and friends is what its all about for me. And the baking! I love the baking!

The Help is written from the perspective of black house maid in 1960 Jackson, MS. A white lady gets fed up with the mistreatment of maids and wants to be a journalist. They write the book, changing the names of all involved and using a fictitious town, but it is evident to the residents that this book is about them.
I just finished reading The Help, excellant book! I am loaning it out to all of my friends.
sending my own version of healing prayers to your son.
Merry Christmas to you and mike! I hope you were good this year and Santa brings you some nice presents.
