What a wonderful day this has been! We went to the school, the buses were just leaving for their last trip. All the teachers were outside waving, the buses were blowing their horns. Then all the teachers started coming in. The ones who know kota all yelled, KOTA!!! He got 3 hugs right away! Then his teacher saw him and came over and put his arm around kota. Everyone loved his haircut, its all buzzed off. They were all rubbing his head. LOL So we walked to the classroom with his teacher, he gave us a bag of kota's stuff. It had his report card and the book he made about spiders. Then kota gave him his present. He absolutely loved it! He said he had to go show everyone. But first he hugged kota and told him he loves him! It was a great moment! So we walked around with him as he showed off his shirt. Everyone thought it was so cool. I had custom designed it and it said, I taught Kota first grade...and survived! LOL I told his teacher I was so thankful kota had him for first grade and I thanked him for helping us out so much. He promised kota he would come to see him at karate one night. Kota felt like the most special little boy, it was great!
Of course he passed with flying colors. Now we can just get on with having a nice fun summer!
