I've been busy cleaning today. The kitchen floor gets so dirty, with the dogs and the kid and the husband! I was scrubbing the floor and the two kittens just had to be there helping me. They are fascinated with soapy water for some reason! I had my mp3 player on, singing and dancing along. The dogs look at me like I have flipped my lid. Of course they can't hear the music.
the kitchen and the cat room is done. Might just take a little break, it is lunch time after all. I really need to also clean the living room. There are school papers everywhere. I try to just throw them out when Kota brings them home, after looking them over. But I missed a few I think.
So the brakes are shot on my car, did I mention that? My inlaws took me to pick up Kota yesterday. But then I didn't know how to get him to school. I called daughter and asked her. She didn't have to be to work today until the afternoon. But asking her to give up sleeping in is a big thing. Well she didn't even quibble over it, just said yes she could do it!
I think I will watch my soap opera today. While I eat my lunch. And as the TV is in the living room, I can also pick up in here while watching it.
We have been having lovely weather, in the 70's and sunny. A nice breeze blowing too. My tulips are blooming and they are so pretty! This weekend will be putting in the garden, the veggie garden.
I know what you mean about cleaning...I don't know why I bother with three children and husband who hasn't hit the laundry hamper in years!
Some no good, low down, dirty thief picked the daffodils that were growing beside our front steps.
