Nearly Nothing

I am still getting rested from all the birthday activity.
Today, we went to Shawnee and I got some herbs and a
colancho with pink flowers. I had never seen one that
pretty before. I got a begonia too. I may end up having to
cover them, it really isn't safe to plant this early. I
have to battle Rex, who goes around smelling all the plants.
His urge to dig is as strong as mine is to plant.

I am planning to go to the exercise class tomorrow. I
hope I wake up in time.

Then in the afternoon, I have to pick up Ashley.

I am very worried about Ted. He has no strength at all.
Not even enough to ride his motorcycle so you know it is
dire since he loves that thing.

This is a middle of the night post. I have to drink some
hot chocolate and go to sleep.

This was a difficult post to read after hearing from Fredo. Getting on in years can be frightening. We just don't know how much longer we will survive.

Thank goodness birthdays are only once a year. Hugs to Ted.

Thanks for your concern. Sick DH is stubborn.

Living with a stubborn person, I know how hard it is to know what to do for them, we have to wait for them to come to their own solution, hard as it is to watch.

A non-directive approach is very hard to do.

Eek. Poor Ted! I hope he gets his strength back soon.

Me too. He can just barely mow the tiny lawn with a riding lawn mower.

I noticed your time of posting this. Go to bed! Try not to worry about Ted. Easier said than done, I know. I got lettuce, spinach, kale, chard, and radishes planted yest. Then it rained lightly--hurray!

It was 90 degrees yesterday and 47 today. Back down to freezing tonight.
Oklahoma weather!

Sorry Ted is struggling. Will you take him back to the doctor? Very stressful.

The doctor is baffled and I am too. I think it may be from the light
stroke that he had.
