Hats off to Kathleen

I was amused to read an article by Kathleen Parker in our oh so Republican paper, that called for Palin to step down for the good of the party. She gave the reason as being her horrid interviews with Katic Couric, Charles Gibson and others that revealed how ill prepared she is to be president of anything but the local home demonstration club.

I know that Oklahoma will go Republican in this election. Part of it is pure ignorance and part of it is prejudice.
I only wish that Palin was not sheltered from the press so much. I can't wait for the Palin-Biden debate. It should furnish us with a lot of laughs.

I have to go cook an extraordinary breakfast for my husband which includes homemade cheese biscuits. Bye for now Jeri

I read a letter to the editor in my very conservative local paper that said McCain's choice was a real slap in the face to the more experienced female governors, senators and congresswomen. Hadn't heard that one before but I agree with it. Yes, I believe the debate will be revealing. How about a recipe for those cheese biscuits?

If McCain keeps Palin on the ticket, I am not so sure Oklahoma will go Republican, though they probably will because of the Baptists if nothing else. I hope Biden rips her a good one. The world needs to see how ill-prepared this woman is to be a heartbeat away from possibly the Presidency.

Surely Joe Biden will be tough. I thought Charlie Gibson was easy on her but she still flubbed up.

There's a priceless quote from Kathleen Parker: If bullshit were currency, Palin could bail out the economy all by herself.

Hope that she does better this time for her sake.
