Things are bad, very very bad. I just want it to all be over. I've tried. I'm tired. I gave up long ago. I keep my mouth shut until I can't anymore and that only makes it worse.

As we say in "the rooms", A permanent solution to a temporary problem.
Although you're not being specific, I have a suspicion as to what's going on. I disagree with Martin. Only you can decide what to do.
Things do get better--5 years from now what you remember will not seem as bad no matter how bad it is--you will get through 'it'!
