Arguing with a lawyer is like mud wrestling with a pig. After a while, you realize that the pig is at home in the mud.
This is great! What a wonderful reading.
Quite a moving post, Tim. I think about a friend of mine who died from a sudden heart attack...he was dead before he hit the ground. Being hooked up with tubes and wires to medical gizmos is not an attractive way to end one's life. Old age ain't for sissies.
When I drove a Yellow Cab in Miami back in '66 (yikes!) I never had a problem finding addresses b/c the streets are all numbered and orderly. Only some major thoroughfares have names, like Flagler St or Biscayne Blvd.
Kudos and thanks for sharing these wonderful photos!!!
Hey, this is one of your best posts!!!
You remain so upbeat under trying circumstances that I marvel at your caring strength. To echo Redwolftimes, it is extremely important to not postpone following the dr's dictate re Ted not driving anymore. You don't want a catastrophe to happen.
You mentioning the range wars reminds me of a terrific movie: "Open Range" with Kevin Costner, Robert Duval, & Annette Benning. The big gun fight at the end is wonderfully staged and quite realistic.
Interesting topic. There must be a good book about it... I'll put it on my seemingly endless list...
Maybe there is a clue to solving the immigration problem here...
Relieved to here you're alright!!
Geez, I've known some Ice Queens in my time, but this broad is insensitive as a...um.. statue.
Down with homoptera!!
Are crows really that stupid??
Doctors love tests, don't they? Sometimes it as much to rule out as rule in. In your case, I hope it's ruling out!!
