Had to be in the city at 9 45am for MRI scan to see whether or not i had a slight stroke the other month i went to set the alarm clock for 7am and found it not working , BUMMER .
Had a cow of a night , just coudn't settle down and i kept on checking the time, finally got up at 6.30 , at 7am Caths mobile went off, she didn't tell me that she had set the bloody thing and i might have got a bit more sleep .
Having never been to this particular hospital i had to get directions from my street directory it is a 40 km drive on the main highway with 18 traffic lights and being in the city in peak morning traffic thought to myself its going to take over an hour and a half , we have no freeways or overpasses , so you go with the flow . then getting a car park was going to take more time , also for the first time oif winter it was pouring rain.
parking outside of hospital was out , all the bays were full, so eventually found a parking station , and walked about half a km back , wasn't raining it had eased off but got just about drowned walking back afterwards .
Never had an MRI scan before the machine itself was that noisy you get a set of earplugs given you
That scanning machine would be the loudest yet, it even made the base you lie on tremble , 20 minutes it took , so on the 17 june i will get the results .
Have had no more dizzy spells for over a month , so results will tell
