Barack Obama's European trip seems quite successful. Did you see the poll results of his popularity over McCain? Why isn't it the same in the U.S.? We know the answer.
Besides my usual morning golf and evening jog, I've gotten a few things done this past week. I picked another gallon of berries--black, this time. Washed half my house windows. Not my favorite chore. One storm window crashed down and busted the frame, so that took time to repair. Of course, there's the lawn and garden to maintain. I think I'm turning green from eating all my veggies--mostly stir fried.
Accompanied my father to the dentist (where my daughter works). We all ate lunch together and had a good time. Nothing like family bonding.
I've also tried to make time to play the piano and to get on the computer. And, of course, I must read for at least 2 hours each day. That gives me enough time to sleep about 4 hours. Just kidding. 8 plus a nap.
Now I must vacuum, etc., and wash the rest of the windows. And tonight I serve Lions Club ice cream for 3 hours. I'm lobbying for more hours in the day! I'll never "ketchup"!
