Today's the second of three "Friday the 13ths" this year. I don't suspect it will be any different than any other day. Hope not, anyway.
I had my grandson all day yesterday. He's 2.5 yrs old now. Quite a character.
I dreamed the other night I was substituting back in my old middle school. Everything had changed. Classrooms were now selling things, like in a mall. Bizarre things, like muscovite (white mica that peels in sheets). It was a pretty crazy and confusing dream--aren't they all?
Looks like another nice day in Indiana. We need rain. Can't believe I'm saying that in April, usually very wet. Farmers are out in full force--again, one month early. I've been eating asparagus nearly every meal. Hope I'm not overdosing! Makes for stinky pee.
Today, I'll golf. Then go to my sister's Rotary Club spaghetti supper (with my dad). I also have to do some grocery and Walmart shopping in preparation for my California trip next week. (More on that later)
That's about it. Have a great weekend--that is, if you get through today, the 13th!
