Oh My Oh My Oh My

Last night I had my biggest bug scare yet. I thought I was growing accustomed to the bug population sharing our space, but.... last night was a different story!

I was lying in bed playing on my ipad when I noticed movement on my shirt. I looked down and DEAR GAWD there was a creepy crawly 8 legged black spider crawling on me! I FLIPPED out immediately and flicked at it but it didn't go anywhere, so I reacted even more chaotically and jumped out of bed, and then guess what. That little sucker was nowhere to be found. UUUUMMMMM needless to say I didn't sleep well, at all. I kept waking up with itchies and feeling all grossed out. Heebee Geebee's for sure. BLEH!

I have previously sent the bugs a memo that if they stay outside they have a chance at survival, but indoors it's no contest, they must be dealt with. Apparently this spider didn't get it and I don't think I will ever see him again. I hope not anyways. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKK

Happy Tuesday peeps.

It's funny how spiders (and snakes) freak some people out. Guess I'm not one of them. Hope your friend has vamoosed!

I hate when they get away cause I'm acting chaotically trying to kill them and run away from them at the same time.

We sprayed around the edges of the walls with something called Home Defense and that seemed to help. I also tried some things that plug in and are supposed to keep spiders and mice out of the walls, but they didn't work. It was never really clear if keeping them out of the walls meant they were inside the house or outside the house.

We have sprayed as well with some pest repellent but they must be resistant. Le boo.

Seeing a snake can ruin my day like that, but good thing spiders don't put me off as much because we have plenty of them here. Fortunately they tend to be little tiny things and the most we generally see is all the cobwebs.

oh dear. I do not EVER want to see a snake. I might have an instant heart attack and die on the spot.

Donna occasionally sees a spider on the drapes behind the couch where she vegetates. Ugh... women and bugs....
