That's pretty impressive that your 9 year-old nephew is interested in becoming a "veg-head", especially since so many children in society are clinically obese. I give your brother a lot of credit for being so open-minded. How long have you been a vegetarian? Or are you vegan?

JANEWAY4EVA -- thanks for the reply to my post. I can relate to the struggles we Bipolars face on a daily basis. It is definitely takes a strong person to live and function with this disorder -- so good for you! Don't give up. Are you involved with any support groups? I am involved in a woman's group and it has been invaluable for me. I would highly recommend you look into it!
