Laura, we put dry dog food out for the raccoons and lately we have had two foxes come up and eat with the raccoons. Love watching them.
He is looking very healthy now, Jon. TLC makes a difference.
This is beautiful, Jon.
I received the same email from a old school friend who was stranded in a foreign country and needed money. I sent a reply back and said if you are who you say you are then what was your sisters name and what was the name of the street you lived on when we went to school together. I never got a reply back.
There is nothing more tasteless than food without salt. When I was pregnant with my second son, who just turned 46, I was on a salt free diet. Back then you could not buy salt free anything so I had to eat frozen vegetables or fresh. When you start reading labels the amount of salt in food will shock you. I can't believe Ed was drinking 8 2-litre bottles of diet Coke a week. Wow!! I hope he is on the road to recovery and don't forget to take care of yourself.
Bless your heart, when it rains it pours. I try to keep a flashlight handy but invariably my husband will move it and then I can't find the stupid thing. Good news that the stents are working and open heart surgery is put off for right now. Ed is in the hospital where he has people taking care of him. You need to slow down just a bit and take care of yourself.
I love Jondude's cookbook; it has great recipes.
The fact that it kept coming even after the dogs got aggressive seems to indicate something was wrong with the skunk. I don't have any skunks but have lots of racoons so I am very cautious around them.
20 lbs!!! That is fantastic. Of course, running after two kids all day long will burn calories but I don't think I want to try and lose it that way. Just watching my 3 year old grandson makes me tired. Congratulations on losing the weight!
Oh my gosh, I would love walking barefoot in that river.
Wow! I just paid $60 for a new pair of Saucony's.
Glad you gave me a heads up.....I think I will pass on this one.
Sounds like you are going to have a great weekend. Happy Mothers Day!
I love your sense of humor!! That is priceless.
I know how you feel. My animals are my children. We recently lost one of our dogs (2/11) due to tumors on his spleen we had to have him put down. We are still depressed and very sad. Our remaining dog, a pit, is so confused and sad. He cannot figure out where his buddy went.
