Today is Kota's last day of school, then its spring break time! He was very eager to get up this morning and get today over with. Today will be warm but rainy. And its the first day of spring, officially. It can only get better from here!
Last night I asked hubby to set the coffee. We have one of those you can program to brew whenever you want it. Well he did and I had fresh hot coffee this morning. Then he takes his thermos and fills it up! The stinker! He hasn't had to work late this week so I had a treat last night, he made dinner! He does like to help out, but with all the hours he has worked this winter I have not expected him to.
After dinner last night I was doing my usual routine, putting things away and cleaning up. I noticed hubby had disappeared. So I walked back to the bedroom where the kittens are. Here he is stretched out on the floor with all three kittens on him. The white one was just sleeping,the other two were wrestling around. So you see, my husband is as much as an animal lover as I am. And thats where we get in trouble. lol I bring in the strays, get them healthy and hubby falls in love with them.
I need to hit the thrift stores today. I need a jacket for kota for spring, something light but offers rain protection. You would be surprised at the almost new things you can find! I might also stop at the library and finally sign up! I need some new books to read!
Better get a move on, have lots to get done today.
